Description
* Description: Build a reliable inbox that serves executives and teams without chaos. You will create a folder and label architecture that reflects how decisions are made—by client, project, priority, and deadline—so messages land where they are worked, not lost. Rules and filters will triage newsletters, alerts, and approvals while preserving human review for sensitive senders. Canned responses and text expanders will be written in a tone library so replies stay fast yet personal. You will map service levels by message type and set escalation triggers for anything exceeding thresholds. A delegation protocol will define when to forward, when to draft on behalf, and when to schedule a call instead of emailing back. Calendar holds and follow-up nudges will be tied directly to threads so promises become visible dates. You will standardize signatures, disclaimers, and attachment naming so external communications look consistent and credible. A quick audit will verify spam, forwarding, and security settings to reduce misroutes. Dashboards will show backlog, aged items, and on-time reply rates so you can report real progress. By the end, the inbox becomes a controlled workflow rather than a daily fire drill.
